Scope and Contents
This series contains correspondence, agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation for meetings of the Council of the New York Botanical Garden. Topics include the election and resignation of members, event planning, fundraising activities, treasurer’s reports, and general Garden updates. Areas discussed in detail include the Perennial Border (now the Ladies’ Border), the Rock Garden, and the Children’s Garden, located northeast of the Museum building.
