Scope and Contents

This series contains research papers, including botanical descriptions, notebooks, annotated publications, and annotations of lists and catalogues. The notes are organized by family, genus, geographical region, or habitat, with some materials related to bryological organizations. Additionally, this series includes five boxes of bibliographic index cards on moss systematics, specifically the Acrocarpus and Pleurocarpus genera. Field notebooks containing collection data (volumes 43-45, 52, 67-68, 132-155, 171, 172, 174, 177-181, and 222, spanning 1892-1923) are located in the Collectors’ Field Notebooks collection.
