This subseries contains correspondence, research notes, project materials, and other records documenting the planning and execution of several projects focused on Dominican ethnomedicine, particularly “Dominican Ethnomedicine and Culturally Effective Health Care in New York City” and “Cultural Competency Training in Latino Ethnomedical Systems in New York City.” This subseries also includes correspondence and administrative records related to collaborating and funding organizations, including the Jacob and Valeria Langeloth Foundation, Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, and the City University of New York.
