Scope and Contents
This series contains advertising material and other ephemera relating to the American seed industry. Much of it is original material from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Some documents in this collection are fragile in nature and caution in handling is encouraged. Content includes postcards, trade cards, lecture notes, packaging, prints, paper dolls, correspondence, colored plates, calendars, coupons, booklets, recipes, poems, a sampler, photographs and children’s seed books.
