Several NSF proposals pertain to research of Dr. Rogerson and associates (Gary Samuels, et al.); however, most pertain to his review and evaluation of grant proposals as an independent reviewer for the NSF. Reports and correspondence relating to the review of grants accompanies the proposals and attachments
