Personal correspondence with Captain Charles Towne (1940, 1942) and Frances Robotti (1949) pertains to Dr. Dodge’s inquiries concerning the genealogy of a family ancestor, Rebecca Nourse (or “Nurse”) who was executed in the Salem, Massachusetts witchcraft trials of 1692.
